One of the two sisters currently serving a jail sentence for robbing her aunt earlier this year, reappeared in the Holetown Magistrates’ Court yesterday, where five of her matters came up for hearing.
However, Tiffany Nikita Bayley’s cases in that jurisdiction were adjourned until October 29, when she will reappear before Magistrate Wanda Blair.
The 24-year-old hairdresser is accused of unlawfully and maliciously wounding Theo Franklin on January 4, 2012; unlawfully assaulting Ron Harris on September 3, 2013 and resisting Police Constable Ramon Straker in the execution of his duties on that same date.
Bayley is further accused of unlawfully wounding Chantel Toppin with intent to maim, disfigure or disable her or to do her serious bodily harm on February 12 this year.
Lastly, Bayley and Jason Andre Bovell, 29, of Reservoir Road, Ashton Hall, St Peter are jointly charged with entering Jeremy Wood’s home and stealing a cheque book, shirt, perfume, two cellular phones and jewellery, totalling $1,835
in value.
