Two charges have arisen out of an incident, which took place at a Bridgetown shopping mall on December 2.
Security officer Noel Morgan, 55, of 2nd Avenue Peterkin’s Land, Bank Hall, St Michael, has denied wounding Romel Boyce.
He was granted $6 000 bail and ordered to stay away from the complainant.
Meanwhile, Boyce also went before Magistrate Kristie Cuffy-Sargeant in the District ‘A’ Magistrates’ Court No. 2. The general worker, from Belair No. 2, St George, denied assaulting Morgan and occasioning him actual bodily harm.
He was granted $7 000 bail and, like Morgan, was ordered to stay away from the complainant.
Both accused, who work at the mall, will return to court next March 28.
